The MilPons 4000 is a military-grade embedded vision computer engineered for reliable performance in shipboard, field-deployed, and tactical vehicle environments. Designed to withstand extreme temperature swings, shock, vibration, and electromagnetic interference (EMI), this sealed, fanless system delivers dependable computing power for mission-critical operations in harsh maritime and defense conditions.
Built with an IP65-rated enclosure and rugged MIL-DTL-38999 circular connectors, the MilPons 4000 protects against water spray, dust ingress, and environmental contaminants — ensuring long-term durability where traditional commercial systems fail.
High-Performance Processing for Edge & AI Workloads
Powered by up to a 14th Gen Intel® Core™ processor with up to 24 cores, the MilPons 4000 supports high-speed DDR5 memory configurations up to 96GB. Dual internal 2.5" SATA solid-state drives enable secure data storage with secure erase capability, while optional NVIDIA GPU acceleration enhances performance for edge AI, real-time video processing, and compute-intensive applications.
Integrated TPM 2.0 and advanced hardware security features make the platform well-suited for secure defense, surveillance, and command-and-control systems.
Flexible I/O & Expansion for Mission-Specific Integration
The MilPons 4000 features a configurable I/O architecture designed for military and industrial connectivity requirements. Available interfaces include dual 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, USB, isolated CAN Bus, HDMI output, and multiple serial communication ports — all routed through ruggedized connectors for reliable operation in demanding environments.
Internal expansion options, including M.2 modules and GPU support, allow customization for control systems, sensor integration, communications, and edge processing applications.
