Human Machine Interfaces
Overview
NAG Marine utilizes a "Box-in-Box" design approach for Human Machine Interfaces. Our "inner box" is comprised of one of our Rugged Embedded MilSpec Computers, while the "outer box" can manifest as either an Operator Interface Panel, All-in-One Panel PC, or Operator Interface Computer. This simple yet innovative approach to commonality keeps life cycle and obsolescence risks in check. All designs have been fully qualified for MIL-S-901D Grade A Shock, MIL-STD-167 Vibration, and MIL-S-461G EMI testing standards.
HMI Types
All-in-One PanelPCs
Rotates a valve stem through 90 degrees to operate valves such as ball, butterfly, or plug valves. They convert an input signal (electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic) into mechanical motion, enabling precise control over valve positions.
- Compact & Space-Efficient
- High Torque Output
- Durability in Harsh Environments
- Remote & Automated Control
- Fail-Safe Operation
Operator Interfact Panels
Designed for tough environments, our rugged solid state fanless OIP Series features an innovative and cost-effective "box-in-box" design, powered by our Rugged MilSpec Computers, which are internally mounted within the aluminum enclosures, which double as heat sinks.
